Make Kayle's passive an on-attack effect rather than an on-hit effect. Bye bye dumb runnan's build that gives her an AOE Armor/MR shred.

What exactly is an "on-attack effect" ? And how is it different from an on-hit?

I think if Kayle doesn't have to be perma-E in late game, it will be an efficient nerf.

I really dont care about the passive, It her ult that pisses me off Evry freaking time she is 20 hp (One shot)she ults and BOOM She dont die.
