My Ideal Patch Notes II
I've already created one post of my feedback. Here's more feedback based on what I've observed from playing/watching more games.
--- Champions ---
Ahri
Context: I would like to see a little more incentive for Ahri players to land charm while in lane instead of simply being able to nuke the enemy during the very short time given by charm.
Change: Successfully hitting an enemy champion with Charm should decrease the cooldown of Charm by 1 second.
Irelia
Context: Irelia needs to be nerfed - NOW.
Change: I was just kidding! I don't feel like altering her kit at this time.
Olaf
Change: The AD Ratio on Reckless Swing could be increased to 45% AD from 40% AD.
Sivir
Context: Sivir needs to be nerfed AGAIN :( I'm not sure what to do about Sivir, but it appears that she came out of her rework way too strong.
Teemo
Context: The recent vision changes made Teemo's mushrooms much more difficult to exterminate (i.e. you can no longer pop an oracale's and go on a mushroom-killing spree). Teemo needs to lose a little bit of mushrooming potential given the current state of vision.
Change: The amount of time it takes Teemo to generate new mushrooms should be increased to 38 / 34 / 30 seconds from 35 / 31 / 27 seconds.
Xerath
When is the freaking rework coming into the live game? Seriously?
Zed
Context: I think some of the nerfs on Zed were a little too much.
Change: The projectile speed on Living shadow could be increased to 1800 from 1500. In Zed's big nerf, the projectile speed was reduced to 1500 from 2500, just to give an idea on the magnitude of his changes. I personally don't play as Zed, but I've noticed that Zed's mobility seems to be reduced quite a bit.

Hunter's Machete
Change: I want this item to gain another passive that passively increases the gold gained from killing monsters by 2%.
Relic Shield
Context: It shouldn't be a surprise that this item makes it on this list. This ONE ITEM ALONE is responsible for the shift of the meta from having a jungler on a team to having two shared lanes! The sustain combined with the sudden spike in the amount of gold granted by this item is just WAY too much. I think this item should be nerfed in the following way:
Changes: I know Riot already addressed this issue, but I think riot should consider these changes as well. The Spoils of War passive on Relic Shield (and all its upgrades) should no longer work on an allied champion who currently posses a gold-generating item (To get rid of excessive gold increases). Also, the amount of healing granted should be reduced to 1.5% max health from 2% max health on only the Relic Shield. I don't think the items it upgrades into should receive the healing amount change. One more thing: I don't like the fact that the execution passive works on certain champion pets and other minion-related features (such as heimerdinger turrets and Zac's blobs). I think this item was originally intended to be used as a way to bolster gold income instead of being used to quickly execute/remove certain champion features from the game.

Cleanse
Change: The CC reduction duration could be increased to 4 seconds from 3 seconds.
Smite
Change: None needed. I personally enjoy watching the new Smite animation. Well done Riot!
