[QoL] Small Nunu Change

Nunu's passive is called Visionary. It's a fairly basic ability; after five basic attacks, the next spell you cast will have no cost.

For a small Quality of Life change, would it be possible for Nunu to spawn (and every time he respawns) with the Visionary buff?

Any thoughts on this?
