You got your ult blocked by her's, huh? So much fun... She just has to bait your pull and then she can just poke you all day. Basically Kayle outranges Darius by a very small margin; a good Kayle will take advantage of that. But you can take advantage of her lack of escapes by baiting her Q/W and/or her ult, then have the jungler pick her off.
Pantheon v Aatrox
Pant pokes Aatrox to hell early game. Forcing him to back-off and miss CS while the spartan freezes the lane. Aatrox decides act like a bully? Dives the pant? Pant simply stuns him, walks away, spears him. Aatrox persists, another spear.
Volibear v Lee-sin
Lee-sin is melee, Voli is melee. If at anytime lee get close to Voli, Flip & Bite. If lee uses his sound wave thing to get close to Voli, Flip & Bite. If Lee attempts to duel Voli in an extended 1v1 fight, Flip & Bite & Ult & Passive! Having used most of his skills by now, Voli is free to run lee down with his ghost. And since Voli's q is off CD he can flip him again. Dead.
Xin-Zhao v Zed.
This one isn't so one-sided like the first two. The winner will be determined with skill. Both have a gap closer. Zed has some range, but Xin has early sustain and a knock-up in any 1v1 duel. Under the proper circumstances, Zed's ult can be mitigated by Xin's ult, a knock-back. I've never had any problems with this match up before though.

I once won the lee vs voli lane by going hard at lvl 1. I managed to kill him, but then he just came back with like 12 giants belts, as volibear does, and he just had too much hp for me to kill him. I won early and managed to somewhat shut him down by igniting his passive, and managed to win the game cuz of our vayne.
