There is some sort of bug with my items

Now, i don't have proof of this, but it happened 2 games in a row. for some reason, swapping an item from any position (excluding trinket) into the 7th item slot, and then moving the item back, will replicate the item.

for example, i had a nomads medallion in my 3rd item slot, moved it to the 7th, and then moved the item to the 4 other empty spots.

its only a visual bug. it didn't replicate any passives, there was no way to use any of the replicated items, and when i hit the tab key, i only had one Medallion.

also, it doesn't affect buying items at all. like when hitting tab, the store shows only one item.
