@Morello - Soraka Redesign Idea

Advance Warning: I wouldn't know how to set up the AP Ratios...

Passive: *Tune down the numbers a little. I'd say 1% for every 3% missing HP?

Starcall - Works similar to Miss Fortune's Rain of Bullets, Gankplank's Ultimate, etc. You are given a circular AOE zone with a fairly short range to activate it (in the end it wouldn't gain much range), but still be an impressive area (I'd say roughly the size of Rain of Bullets or a little bigger?). Effects remain the same. Applies stacks to an allied champion caught in the same Starcall that a minion's hit, promoting risky playstyle by the Marksman or aggressive playstyle. Stacks on allies last X seconds.

Astral Blessing - Grants +X armor (+5/7/9/1l/13) per stack on an allied champion. Uses up all stacks of starcall.

Infuse - Restoration is directly linked to the stacks of starcall (or star call on the enemy), and no longer drains additional mana for the boosted mana. Starts at 8/80 Mana (levels 1 and 5) and raises up to 12/120 mana at max stacks as well as a similar (x.8) to (x1.2) modifier for the damage to the enemy. As with Astral Blessing, this would use up stacks of Starcall if used on an ally.

Wish - Soraka channels for one second, then heals all allies within her sight range. Each stack of Starcall on Soraka increases the range of Wish.

How would this add more play/counterplay:

While it turns her Q into a fairly spammable AOE attack, it is effectively a weaker version of Ziggs' Q end of the day, a small delay of an outcry of light and a short delay on Starcall might help. It would make the Q at the least more interactive for the user and need to keep track of their opponents movements. Maybe even provide Sight into a bush when it hits.

Her W is still healing, but at the end this would make her armor scale on the # of stacks she has. Of course I listed a small set of values, but that's just to give an example of how it could work. I suppose 5/7/9/11/13 would be more efficient since you'd need 10 stacks at level 4 to get the same as her current W.

Her E change is simply to make the starcall more reliant when healing or damaging, I considered .8 to 1.2 scaling from without and with max stacks because I don't know how what values would result in a fairly balanced kit.

And her R is just a fun idea of warranting a Soraka to spam her Q on herself, hence use a decent chunk of mana, if she wants to use her Ult to heal her whole team, and promotes a more aggressive support playstyle if they want to put that mana to actual use.

I am debating whether or not, like Soraka's OLD passive, the starcalls should add Magic Resistance per stack though... would solve that old problem.
