why isnt teemo and master yi played in ranked games often
teemo and master yi r like one of the top best champions in lol and their win rate r real high for me why arent they seen in ranked games?

AP Teemo offers little to nothing in teamfights and AD teemo is just useless.
Yi got nerfed too much and is a one trick pony.
I play Teemo all the time in Ranked. Yi gets banned all the time. But thats in Bronze.
Teemo is Squishy. But he does counter a few Champions. That's when you pick him.
I just played teemo in ranked (silver) & i swear to you that a team will use you as a scapegoat & hate on you even though you'll do things right.
I once had the miss fortune (no pun intended) of encountering a teemo in the grass(lobby. :p ). According to his match history, he only built AD. He had approximately 450 wins and 500 defeats with teemo, all ranked. And as far as I could tell, he got carried in ALL his matches. He wasn't even playing AD teemo very well. Had a kda like 2/8/4.
It was a ranked match and I checked all of my teammates in LOLKing. He called top (vs. Riven), and I said Hell-No. My only regret was that I couldn't report him. (He hadn't done anything yet, but if I didn't dodge, I knew the rest of the team & I would lose.)
The weird part was, somehow he made it to silver 4.
You see Yi alot in bronze because hes easy to play and bronze players make silly moves that allow Yi to snowball. Teemo is still used quite a bit to counter certain champs. They are situational champs with low/no CC and low survivability so they aren't used often by committed ranked players.
with yi who is an assassin, he just suffers from their being better assassins out there with more utility. he is also easily countered by anyone with a stun and isn't as ridiculous as he was in his ap yi days. (thanks the riot gods)
as for teemo. he's squishy and has universal taunt. this can be useful in certain match-ups but he's not terribly useful in teamfights because of his short range. ap teemo is more viable than ad teemo atm because his shrooms are ridonkulous. with the vision changes look for him to be strong in the preseason.
Yi is high risk high reward, and teemo has the power, and they are both viable for the highest level of play, we just need the right player to come along and pick them up.
teemo: great for laning, but lacks presence in team fights unless really ahead. also no hard cc
yi: great damage and chase potential, no hard cc and if behind, quite useless as squishy
