Please rework your match making system Riot

This is getting sad. My recent games with so many bad players. 117Q nasus 33 minutes game, or 1/7 botrk cait, 900 ping fiddlesticks, DCing jarva. I always go 3/0 early game or even better but then the other team just crushes me, every game. I am silver right now(stucked) and even the Gold players are telling me I have the skills for higher elo but Sucks to have bad teamates. Riot please do something about it.
