@Riot: Make Quill Coat/SotAG be able to kill small mobs

I get why you put it so that monsters don't die from the passive (accidental steals, et cetera), but it's the worst feeling when you're, for example, Maokai, you just used Q, and the mini creeps didn't die.

Having to autoattack THREE TIMES just to do literally 3 damage (because they're left at 1HP) just bogs you down way too much. That, or waste a billion mana on another spell to, again, deal 3 damage.

Make it kill minicreeps in camps, but not big monsters. Or just have it not kill buffs, and kill the rest. Problem solved.

You just have to time the clearing abilities correctly. As Sej, finish them off with a slow. As Naut, hit them with an E. It's all part of increasing the amount of timing required to squeeze the most out of jungle clears.
