Who is the head of User research or a worker at user research for riot?

I have a couple of questions for you. First off I play galio a lot and I think he is very viable but a lot of people don't play him sadly, but I'd like to know some stats and stuff about him. Was there a time when galio was ever the meta? In what region do you think galio is played most in? What is his win rate over all? And a somewhat off topic question: Is he getting a rework, I don't really think he needs one, but if he'd get one he'd be played a lot more I think. Sorry for my abundant number of questions you can pick and choose which questions you want answered and if your too busy to answer these at least leave me some info on who you are, thanks!
