@Riot, why doesn't Yasuo have MR per level?
I remember a year or 2 ago you guys said that all melee champs will have MR per level. Is there a reason why he doesnt? Is it because of his W?

Poppy doesn't and a lot of other melees as well. This is because they excel in mobility or something else, I think ...
And Yasuos is practically unhitable by skillshots, thanks to his w and e.
Well, he's also manaless, has a shield mechanic, hyper mobility, and can create a wall that reflects all projectiles.
If I ever actually hit Yasuo with a spell, it should at least do damage.
