Feral Flare: Changes need to be reverted

why was both the damage and amount of kills/big monsters needed nerfed simultaneously? can you revert one or the other? Personally I prefer the damage nerf staying because that made it too strong. But its almost useless and a waste of time because you have to be either successfully ganking consistently or farming all game to get feral flare activated. 25 camps/kills was reasonable. increasing that to 5 is an entire jungle clearing worth of farming. that's a lot more time you have to spend not ganking/assisting your team.

Look, feral flare on release was awesome. It made so many jungle builds viable again. Then you took all that fun and potential competitive play away. Now I doubt I'll ever see Master Yi played again in LCS, or xin zhao, or warwick or anyone else that isnt the typical Vi/Elise/Lee/Evelynn. I mean honestly. You need to diversify the jungle a bit more and thus a revert on a single aspect of the feral flare nerfs you made is necessary to promote this diversification.

If you nerf the damage, then it becomes an objective securing item that can help with map control/gold advantage If you nerf the number of camps/kills, it becomes a damage item that is high risk/reward if you want to farm/kill enough for it

In my opinion, the base damage on flare should be 30+ stacks, and the stack count to transform it should be 25.

No other changes imo

The lcs champion picks are very non indicitative of a champion's viability, as only the top 15% of champs see play in the lcs because of how high the stakes for them are.

The idea for Feral Flare was to reward junglers for their hard work, and offer a better choice for certain jungler's items. This was abused so that certain junglers like Xin Zhao, Nocturne, etc. would jut farm continuiously without making a difference in the game, then coming out once they got their 30 stacks and becoming the strongest champion on the field.

I think Feral Flare is a tad weak right now. The issue here is that if you buff it, FF becomes the only viable jungle item, and that's worse than the current meta - because when everyone has a FF, the jungle becomes "farmville for 20 minutes, then kill everything."

I think they should keep the current numbers, but give stacks for killing cannon minions.

This would encourage junglers to come out of the jungle... and if they're coming into lane, they might as well gank while they're there.
