I feel like champs who need buffs / reworks are ignored

While other champs who can function way better than them get buffed or a type of rework.

Remember the Galio changes mentioned a while ago, that was supposed to be up for PBE Patch 3.15?

Graves just cry whenever he goes bot because he's weak as hell in the current meta, and it seems like he has no plans for anything to help out

I also wonder where the Sion rework is at

And just a few more notable champs...Nunu Yorick Vladimir Quinn

And let's not forget the bottom of the tier Urgot

On the bright side...at least Kassadin is getting reworked and there will finally be 6 bans for draft picks.

On a serious note though, I feel that these champs and probably a few others need to be looked at first because they are generally weak compared to other champs who fit the same role. Even Galio is a risky pick vs an all AP comp because of the wonkyness of his kit.

Quinn doesn't need one, niether does Nunu . Quinn works well in a duo adc situation, for example, and thrives on fighting 1v1. She can handle almost anyone with e at level 1, and, if I'm not mistaken, if she loses or wins, doesn't matter; she can use eagle form to just OUTRUN THE OTHER.

Vladimir ? Really? He's perfectly fine. He's a tank and a mage mixed up; nothing wrong with that. Can't deal with him? Get item 3151 or item 3153 , for example.

Nunu, Yorick, and Vlad are a real pain to balance because when they win trades, they really snowball hard their lanes, even without kills, they just make sure the enemy slowly but inevitably lose health until the jungler can gank. So for them is a design issue, not balance.

Quinn just needs some gimmicky part of her kit to be solved or slighty fixed, especially passive bugs and the shared cooldown in her ulti.

Urgot isn't an adc and never will be, they should balance him for being a tanky caster for the solo lanes.

Graves and Galio are being ignored, that is true.

I fully agree that Urgot needs to be reworked. I do not really want to see Sion reworked as he is my favorite champion on The Twisted Treeline. Sion has a very good early game if you build him right. He is much better ad than ap in my opinion. Vladimir is a good champion, and I do not want to see him reworked, but I would love to see him get a buff. Galio is a strong champion in the hands of someone who knows how to play him. When I was new to the game, I used to love Nunu. I think Nunu is a good champion for someone to learn to play on, but I do not think he is very good after level 20 or so. Graves and Quinn are both decent carries in my opinion. I main support and I love supporting Graves . In my opinion TwistedFate is very weak and needs to be buffed. I have seen all of these champions played very well before (including Urgot ) and I know that just because I am good with a specific champion, or I know people who are, does not make that champion good. I love Sion , but it is very rare to see someone play him well, especially on Summoners Rift.

Yes Omegasis, you are right.

The logic behind it is that a severely UP champion is less damaging to the game than an OP one: if "X" is overpowered you'll see them almost every game, whereas if "Y" is underpowered you'll almost never see them.

Therefore Riot tends to jump on fixing OP characters quickly whereas those on the bottom of the barrel often sit and rot for months, if not years.

IMO, I don't think Quinn needs to get reworked much at all. I've played her as both ADC and top, and her ability to 1v1 most champs is astounding. In addition, she also has wicked mobility and is quite easy to kite with. I think the only difficult part about her is her ult and the long cooldowns she has.

Idk about the other champs, but they do come up during free week and sometimes wreck games. Except for Galio, I've never played with/against one, haha.
