Since Galio is getting some updates...
Why don't you improve his E and Q so it is less clunky to use?
His Q is a very slow skill shot with a cast time, kinda hard to hit people without using some mind games (and gl if they have mobility to dodge it).
Cast time on his E shouldn't be there tbh, would make him less reliant on Flash as an initiation for his ultimate.
Just throwing some ideas from the top of my head...
