[Bug][Feedback]Sightstone not allowing use

I was playing a ranked game on the rift (This isn't a qq thread), and tried to use Sightstone to place a ward. I had just touched down on the platform and hadn't used any between there and getting back to lane, so I still had 4 charges. It wouldn't let me activate it. I couldn't press a number to cast, nor click to cast. Moving it to another item slot didn't work.

To recreate - I'm not sure, has anyone else experienced this?

To solve (in game) - I sold it and then used buy back. That let me use it again, however to make sure I could use it I spammed it at the well and was able to place 3 using only the Sightstone.
