An idea for a new champ (among other things)

I'm proposing a female character that uses a weapon attached to a chain and/or rope. one of her abilities would be a sweeping attack with he weapon, sort of in a circle in front of her. I also thought that perhaps this character's ultimate could be an attempt to behead a target enemy.

also, I would like to propose a grandmaster skin for wukong. this would include a robe and an old looking, but powerful rework on his staff. It could also have him with a long beard or some such thing, I just think it would look cool.

i've also noticed that Heimerdinger's turrets seem to be able to shoot slightly beyond the range they indicate to have. is that normal?

lastly, i'm getting rather tired of group turret dives. is there any chance we could add something to counteract that?
