Idea for Ranked Promo Series Placement

I have an idea for the way placement works once you get into your promotion series. I think that once you reach your series, you should only be placed with others in their series (of a similar skill level of course). This way, your chances of being trolled are inherently lowered as most people in their series aren't in the mood to troll, but rather want to win.

I would also apply this to duo queues - you cannot duo with someone in their promo series unless you are also in your promo series. This way, nobody gets "stuck" with someone not trying their hardest to win.

When I play ranked, I am taking the game a more seriously than when I play normals. I expect everyone else in ranked to do it the same way. I know there is no way to 100% remove the trolls, but when I'm up for promotion, I'd love to be matched with others who are also up for promo. That way we're all equally hungry.
