Should CertainlyT Be Fired or Reassigned?

Given CertainlyT's track record of designing conceptually flawed champions with balance nightmares, I vote that Riot fire, or at the very least reassign, CertainlyT. He's made their champion design department a laughing stock to the world with Mordekaiser's broken broken rework, and his previous champion designs have shown that he's getting further and further out of touch with Riot's player base. He ignored our outcries that Morde was going to be broken, and thus, he should pay for failure.

What do you guys think? If you think no, then please describe why you feel so. And this isn't a spam post - I'm simply expressing my dissatisfaction with CertainlyT and would like community input.

Edit: Here is an exact quote from CertainlyT on the PBE forums when people expressed concerns over the health and viability of Morde:

"perhaps Mordekaiser can trilane, 5 man mid, double jungle, shove hard with his jungler and roam, or rush mobis and move lane to lane taking every creep on the map, etc."

He essentially encouraged players to troll, as that's what these actions would be considered in solo queue, when posters expressed concern about his design. It is a smug way to shrug off valid player input - nobody was rude to him, but he was aloof and condescending when replying.

His attitude toward the player base is very condescending and he has a tendency to ignore feedback. I'm not on the "hate CertainlyT" bandwagon - I have legitimate reason to be displeased with him.
