To make it worse, higher base HEALTH MOVE SPEED AND AD? (OHHHHH it's only 3 ad!) WRONG 6 ad based on passive proc, in essence is literally +9 ad normal aa + skill of choice + passive, rinse repeat.

At the very least there needs to be a mana cost on his dash, there is literally no reason for a move like that, that can come off cooldown so fast, to be 0 mana.
They are. They're increasing the CD and removing the CC-cleansing.
