Hi, Guys.. I have started to play league of legends, and my fps is like 01, 09, how do I stop to be laggy. Someone please help me...

When in game try lowering the graphics settings to see if that makes a difference. If that doesn't change anything try exiting any other programs running in the background that may be slowing down your computer. You should also compare your computer specs with the minimum requirements for the game.

Personally, I turned vertical sync off. I used to have an issue having three monitors where if I were watching a stream or video on one monitor, it jacked my FPS in League down to 15 FPS and it would not change from there. Just by turning off Vertical Sync, my FPS jumped to ~90-100 with no visual changes, I've never had screen tearing since.
