So basically this video is just a very basic "Riot needs to foster positive behavior if they want it to be a norm" Punishing and chat banning the bad only does so much, especially when it's unclear 90% of the time as to why. The new honor system doesn't really reward good players, it rewards neutral players who just don't say anything in chat ever.
Not gonna lie, I never liked the concept of expecting to receive rewards for doing what is the normal right thing, but that's just me.
I agree 100%, but the people on here think their shit smells like flower pedals bro. I'd be careful what you say around these socialists. I said before that the malice behind reports, negate the benefits. Like sure, they flamed you. But those are words, reports inspire feasible action. When they're checking those three report boxes, you know they're not feeling "Oh, I'm so sorry but I have to protect our beautiful passionate community of summoners! ;_;" they're really thinking "Yeah bitch hows that I got you!!!" so really defeats the purpose. Like you deserve to be reported too lol. We shouldn't report or punish based off of negative words, you already got the mute button. The only reason we can report for toxicity is because of revenge. You can't give people the tools to act on revenge. Muting people, is the closest we got to turning the other cheek. Being the better and bigger person. But no, get 'em banned and all the money spent and time wasted. Why? Cause fuck them like they fucked us.
