Irelia is decent but not as a jungler, and she's gonna get reworked relatively soon so it's not worth it to learn her imo.
If you're looking for a good top/jungler flex pick then definitely go for J4. He's good in both top and the jungle, and he can either go lethality or tank based on the team's needs.
Just play Ezreal. You can never go wrong picking Ezreal.
