Pretty sure most people are in favour of changing outdated champions rather than making up new ones.

Every time they rework a champion, they're basically adding a champion since they hardly got played otherwise [slayer-jinx-wink]

Plenty of champions as it is. There are champions I own that I don't remember the existence of.
