Avoiding Low priority queue / Getting out of it [Help]

Okay so when i first started i didn't know leaving was very bad and didn't knew it effected much (As i was bad at the game i figured i was feeding more then helping) I was placed in LPQ (Low priority queue) for 5 minutes for 5 games, i found it a reasonable punishment and then played around 10--20 more games that day (Without leaving or afking) but, the last game of the day i got called away for dinner i tried to tell my team i had tto go and id afk for 5-10 minutes and im sorry but i came back to being disconnected and now im stuck in a 10 minute LPQ? I understand why its a tthing but 10 minutes is insane! that means its going to take me around 2--3 hours to finish 5 games (Assuming games take 15-25 minutes) If we do 20 minutes per game * 5 (amount of games i need to play then plus the 10 for reach wait time it go's to 2.5 hours? Thats so much because it was not my fault and i tried to return but the game was over, i was there for most the game but now im stuck in LPQ so i want to know how to avoid it? I know "don't afk or leave" but sometimes i have too so i guess ill watch the clock now, but is there an easier way to get out of it other then waiting 10 minutes for a new game? Thanks for help anyone,

Be sure you're setting aside adequate time for games, at least upwards to 40 minutes to an hour. If you know you have to leave before then I suggest you do not queue up and finish your tasks first.

Some games take longer than others, Ive had some stretch to 50 minutes. Which is why I suggest 40 minutes to an hour because you never know how long you're in a ride for. Always keep that timeframe in mind.
