Rank System revert broke my lp gains? (25-30 lp per win to 7 lp per win)

Okay so, i disliked promotional but, Since the revert everytime i win im only getting 7lp? Compared to before if i played jungle id get 30, and if i played top or adc i got 20-25? (On mid i got like 10-17, i never finished support promos) Now im only gaining a +7lp per win? and i just lost 15lp for a lose? (Brought me to 0lp) Why are my LP gains broken and how would i go about fixing it? (Im aware i get lowerr LP if the ranking system thinks i dont belong is that elo but im doing relatively good compared to others in my elo, quite a few games i do more dmg then adc, and rarely have a kda lower than 1.3, So what happend??)
