I went to can a run it a website that tells me if i can run a specific game. I wanted to buy dark souls II,I but the WEBSITE sad i needed Intel Core i7-3770 instead of my Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 to run it properly dose it affect it that much to the point i cant play it

Website? I suggest you use steam instead, because then you can download the game whenever - on new computers too.

Also, buy Dark souls II - Scholar of the first sin, not regular Dark souls 2. The price is the exact same, but Scholar is a reworked version with all the dlcs.

Here are the minimum steam version requirements:
