Lethality riven is good if you're pretty good at doing the combos. It isnt as good vs tanks though.
People usually make titanic on lethality/tlords riven because the burst it adds is pretty crazy. It does more single target burst than 
, but less AoE damage because you dont have as much AD.
She doesn't really need the slow from frozen mallet, its looks like you want to be strong and tanky in a teamfight with that build. I'd suggest a GA instead. You have alot of health in this build. Riven scales really hard on AD, so you want a alot of it.
With all the tanks running around, a 
item might be essential at some point also.
