TO EVERYONE HAVING FPS ISSUES (I introduce Razer Cortex)

If you are having problem with your frames in not just League but other high-graphic games, I would highly suggest Razer Cortex. As you know, Razer makes some of the best gaming laptops and accessories, but they also have free software that will help speed up your rig.

Razer Cortex is a performance enhancer (the Viagra of PCs of you will) that lets you pick and choose files on your computer, in a check-list form, that you want to "optimize", meaning slow down, suspend, or turn off entirely, so hard drive space can be made to run a game to the best of your computer's abilities. And when you're done, flip the switch and all the suspended programs come right back online. And if you so choose, you can make it so that when you start your games, it will automatically optimize those files, (that you have previously selected for optimization) as your computer loads your game.

Razer Cortex also serves as a game dashboard, showing what games your have on your computer and how many hours you have played each one. Click on them, and a handy fps line chart will pop up, showing your frames per second during each gaming session. It can also help you clean out your computer even if your not gaming, by cleaning ram, trashing junk files, and clearing your cache.
