Where is the end of event quest?

Żügżwäng··1 votes·745 views

The event is gone from the home page (the countdown)... and there's no final quest to finish off the event like it said.

I don't understand how this was programmed to not automatically finish the event? Or if someone indeed needs to manually push the changes to live, why remove the event off the home page if it's not over yet?
