Every so often, rune pages can't be viewed/changed.
From the collection tab, a blank screen comes up. What is worse is when you are in pick selection. There, you only get the upper part of the window with the "X" button to close, but nothing else, forcing you to play with whatever rune pages you have already set up.
Yes!!! I started a rank game and the rune page wouldn't show up! It forced me to quit the game and waited for 5 mins! Then, I re-started the game and launched another rank game. That problem happened again! Now, I have to wait for 30 mins for something that is not even my fault! That's bad! Fix it pls.
Dude, I was going to report this bug too I hope people can comment on here so they can fix it.

Happens to me as well. And I've used a Mac and 2 different PCs.

happens to me too. I'm getting kinda fed up of having to wait out dodge timers because I can't change to the right runes. The bug wouldn't be a big deal on its own, but we're being punished by riot because of their bug and it's entirely out of our control.
