Long Client Load Times Since Preseason Patch

Ever since the preseason patch my client takes 20~35 seconds to load. It drives me nuts because by the time my client finally loads after a game everyone has left the lobby. I don't get to say GG to anyone or to compliment teammates :<

This isn't an issue with computing power either. I'm running a high spec machine.

What is going on?!
