Meanwhile I have been waiting for Zombie Brand for like fucking year and buying different Brand skins on sale to finally get Zombie Brand, yet I never fucking get it ??? Are you trolling me ??

Most importantly it is not Yasuo skin, it is literally Yasuo champion !!
I mean, it's RANDOM There's hundreds of skins in league (+ champions) there's quite a slim chance of getting what you want
(And just to rub salt in the wound, i got zombie brand few moths ago from a chest [sg-lulu] )
But why not just buy the zombie brand skin?
Hextech Chests are not like The Shop, where it gives you stuff that the game think you wants, based on who you play. It is completely random.
In fact, it can even give you shards for skins you already have. I bought PROJECT: Yasuo a while back, and a month later, I got that shard from a chest. I was annoyed.
All my chests give me champion shards and I own every champion. Meanwhile my GF only gets skin shards and she needs champions badly.

This has been the most meta chest i've gotten. That's 3 or 4 chests with 2 emotes and the rest champ shards.
In case it wasn't obvious the S chests are there to give you handfuls of the hundred of skins you would never pay money for (or champs) in order for you to get frustrated enough to buy the skins you want from the store or blow a shiton on chests in bulk.
Or in your case, buy every other Brand skin so that Zombie appears in Your Shop
