Little but nice QOL to item slots

Make active end item replace active material item slot. For example, I have on X. Hence I will place on X as well. So why when I upgrade it to it moves anywhere but X ? It doesn't make any sense. I need to manually move it in my item slot. And I don't want my death to be a reminder of moving it to the right place. Same applies to items like and their end items.
