I honestly don't fully agree with this statement. Jinx late game can do a lot of damage_(late game as in 5+ items)- which I think is reasonable. She's not 3 hitting tanks. She's likely hitting you over 10+ times if aren't on a super squishy champ(Hurricane hits as well) _ ADC's who I do/had see/n actively 1-2 hitting every kind of champ are/were: Twitch , Vayne , Draven , and Caitlyn

Twitch gets 3 items and can melt the whole team with his stealth into ult.

Vayne gets 2 items and her Q hits for well over 1k

Draven is the same as Vayne

Cait has been pretty much been dealt with(nerfed a lot). To fully be that 1 shotting monster you had to be good with the 90 net and traps anyways (kind of a skill cap guess?)

Aside from these champs I really don't see people getting one shot from ADC's Kog/MF Are niche. MF: With lehtality she has clear strengths and weaknesses_(imo)_ Kog: is literally a A-10 warthog in league of legends form. (a plane built around a massive gatling gun, for those who don't know) Needs a rework for sure.

if you think jinx takes 10 hits to melt an adc but twitch doesn't you're insane lol

even as kog maw if someone builds full tank it takes me 30-40 autos to kill them, and i'm not talking "season 6-7 full tank" i mean 6 tank items that are carefully put together

and kog maw is the premier tank shredder

if someone is on a sejuani, volibear, malphite, maokai and builds correctly no adc will ever do anything to them, they will kill you in the back line and there is nothing you can do about it unless your team is simply better

caitlyn is a complete joke no one even plays her.

If Twitch melts you whole team after 3 items that's because your team is clumping up near a twitch and not using summoner spells / their brains accordingly

if there are no tanks on the team and twitch has FOUR items he can 3-5 shot the whole team which takes roughly 7-8 autos as he will hit 2-3 players at a time which is over 5 seconds = plenty of time to flash, heal, engage on twitch, or walk away

if adcs don't kill things quickly, you literally have a squishy, barely mobile champion that isn't worth picking for any reason

you can build normally on syndra, j4, malzahar, zed, talon, diana, lux, ahri, and many others and kill things just as quick if not even faster often times by only hitting R + one other button
