Toxic chat penalty
If your toxic you should be chat banned for permanent not the account i hope riot changes that.

while it makes alot of sense, an they had that at one point with reocurring chat bans i remmber i had like 600 game chat ban before lol, they wont do it as perm banned accounts generate alot of revenue cause people just buy rp to quickly lvl a new acc + get the champions they want.
well dude to be honest i got banned for 14 days yesterday cause a 0 30 feeding singed was feeding on purpase and trigering me thier team reported me for the lolz too. And now im afraid to play cause i can get perma banned i was positive for 1100 games lost my temper for 3 cause of trolls. I just think its not fair now ill play maybe my internet will lose connection or some 5 trolls will randomly report me cause ill beat them in the lane or something and ill get perma banned i spend over 1000 € on this acc from 2010 i stoped playing in 2014 returned now and now im to scared to play. even if i wont speak anymore i wont be toxic but still i can get a lag spike orsomething
