How does it work report

I just got suspended for 14 days cause 1 guy was feeding 0 30 he even say in chat and when i say in all chat pls report him they were trolls and they say we report u so i got a little tilted and sayd is that what ur mother works 9/5 for to raise a troll like u and i got banned i mean thats stupid if u ask me its like i would go everygame and feed and feed and feed maybe i would get banned for 1 day but some kid who i made mad gets a 20 days ban instantly for getting reported cause of me and some trolls ? makes no sense how can 1 bad word beat a proven case of a troll who probably didnt even get a case.
