About new patch notes

RITO, since when you impose a player in which order to build an item? I thought players had free will regarding their builds/build paths, but now with this update you clearly want to force us into a specific build path :

The initial goal of buffing Cloak of Agility last year was to account for the fact that it was slightly underpowered for the gold cost. However, this has led to folks stacking Cloaks on crit champions, which also makes the decision between Cloak of Agility and Pickaxe more of a math problem than desired and doesn't help the average player measure how their lane went. A clearer item hierarchy is more helpful (B.F. Sword > Pickaxe > Cloak of Agility) when considering this key indicator of success.

Excuse me? Why would you enforce us a hierarchy. I personally want to have multiple eligible choices and not having to buy pickaxe for example when I return just because RITO enforced it to be better than agility clock. Champions like or rely on crit and maybe those players want to have a crit piece as their first item and not the same choice we had so far which is Also wth are those "nerfs"? I actually hoped for real nerfs not jungle nerfs. People complain about that stupid champ being able to 100-0 and overbuffing lethality like you did recently clearly won't fix that issue. Assassins blow everything around that is the main issue and people complain about not the fact that can be played jungle, I couldn't care less about that, her DMG is the issue! I like how you again nerfed marksmen itemization (despite the fact that is one of the shittiest role right now and I m not saying myself, challenger players do) but you leave lethality untouched while AP/AD assassins still can delete you in under 0.5s and call it
"outplay". GG WP RITO, you have no idea about your own game. Watch some challenger players and you will see the main issues with this game.
