is a lane bully early game and in late he doesn t seem to fall at all. You can t trade him early and after he gets 
you still cannot trade him. This champion is very unfun to play against he got some cc in his kit and a burst of speed enough to catch you and kill you. In late is still a monster. Please do something about this champion he s quite disgusting.
His whole point is to get ahead early at the expense of late. He falls way off late compared to other adcs owing to the fact of how close he actually has to get to auto champs and reliance on his Spinning Axes. If he doesn't seem oppressive by the mid game, chances are, he's not carrying that game. It's high risk high reward gameplay.
Draven is one of the weakest teamfight ADCs in the game, unless he is so fed he can drain tank your whole team.
He lacks mobility and most of his DPS requires him to go to a specific spot you can see before hand.
He needs to snowball with kills to be effective mid-late game. If you don't have a Thresh/Leona style support to hard engage and hold him down, your best bet is to farm up and try to ignore him. He usually won't freeze since that slows his stacks down. Wait for ganks. Starve him out and outscale him.
Cait usually bullies him pretty well until he completes BT, since her range is longer. Net away the moment you see his W animation.
I know 'Just CC him' is a cop out, but it's really effective if you can get him to drop an axe.
because riot completely abandoned the idea of having late game carries and early game bullies to cater to the inpatient. Now we have hypercarries that are only slightly below average early and lane bullies that never drop off.
The thing about Draven is that he does it all...with style. His early and late game are no exception to that rule.
