Sejuani idea

So i thought of some Sejuani changes that may help her kit Her W the second hit becomes directional so that people have a harder time side stepping it. Her frost can be proc by other melee champs but not ranged it would be nice for ranged champs to be able to proc it. Her base movement speed is really slow I feel as if I am always late to fights even after boots or other items that give smaller movement speed. I feel that these changes are not op but could make her more viable.

What changes do you think would be good changes.

ps: a small damage buff to her early game W would help with wave clear if you run her in lane and that would be nice.
