What is the dagger next to Irelia? Im pretty sure that dagger is not included in the skin.
Is this some sort of teaser on the upcoming Irelia rework?

It's probably her ultimate you're seeing.
It might just be a debuff from something affecting her. Dunno for sure though.
Just to be on the safe side they should probably nerf her.
