Should I wait for the next patch?

After 8.24 comes out and the Dark Harvest nerf do you think Kha'Zix will still be good for Jungle? I don't have too many jungle champs that I like, and I was thinking of picking up one or two more. I have Yi, Jax, Ramus, Evelynn, and Amumu. Though I really don't care much for last 3 there. In other games I have played it seems when something is OP, they tend to over nerf it and trash everything that uses whatever it is they just nerfed to the ground. Would you say it's ok to pick up a few champs or just wait till after 8.24 drops and what changes have been made?
