Why are all champs/skins not available in the Practice Tool?

If all champs/skins were usable in the practice tool, it would give people a chance to try before they buy. I think people don't end up buying champs or skins because they aren't sure if they'll like them or not, which causes them to hesitate buying them.

I really don't see the downside to this for players AT ALL.

The downside for Riot might be that sales drop a little bit because people won't buy things that they will regret.

NO downsides for players though. NONE.

Unless I'm missing something?

I'm gonna bump this until I see something from a Rioter.

I wouldn't complain if they made this change, but I don't think it's necessary. We already have skin spotlights on YouTube.

because people would rather complain about assassins rather than get on riot's back for them to do this. that is why there are no nice things here.

Skins aside, I wish we would have access to all champions in Practice Tool. That way, I can see which ones I like and which ones I don't. Simply looking at video spotlights or gameplay is not enough, I agree. Especially when there's a champion on sale and I think I want it based on gameplay but unsure because I've never tried them. The same goes for if I have a champion shard. I just wait once a week for the free rotation to try them, assuming the champion you want to play even does pop up in the free rotation.
