Can we petition to open League Partner Program (LPP) back up again!?

The league partner program has stopped accepting people who reach the criteria for months now :( As a viewer to see some of my favorite streamers who meet all the criteria with flying colors not get the LPP bonuses to give their audience makes me sad. I hope this post can get attention of riot at least just to spread awareness that this issue exists and I really would love to see more streamers get into the LPP.
