Problem number one

This is just unacceptable, i won my games earned my place to promos and you do what exactly? You give me these fellows! this is the 4th time this happens (image above) i really don't know why this keeps happening in promos but since you dont want to fix the game at least give us one dodge in promos. And i really dont care if anyone abuses the dodge this should not be happening.

Problem number two

How on earth is this ok? He came back 18 sec before the remake, her "adc" had already died. He came to here lane 2 levels down and she only fed how is this not a remake to you?
