What do I do

I wanna play this this game, but it seems like this game discouraging me from doing so.

I play normals, I always get placed with diamonds.

I played ranked to play with people of my level, but it doesn't matter because my team can't do the bare minimum of not feeding.

I play aram most of the time, but it gets boring after playing so much of it
