They can barely handle the one that they have now, though I have noticed a lot of job openings in Taiwan and China in systems, art and project management on their website ... who knows?
League of Legends 2. Still League of Legends but maybe they are working on changing the whole game engine, since I've heard their engine has a lot of limitations.

The only part of this that's new is that Brandon and Marc are working on it. Riot's acquired another game studio, and the Riot API has been making changes for months designed around supporting another game.
RPG with league characters...possibly an MMO or maybe diablo style would be cool.
