Hello folks.
At first - sorry about my low English.
I had some things to talk about at boards earlier: something about worlds, something about client, something about bugs etc.
I didn’t had enough time for it, but when „portion of free time” was coming you just shocked me so hard, that really pissed me off.
And now I’m talking about Mystery Champ shards.
Reeeeeealy early you announced, that in preseason you’ll open BE shop & there will be some stuff to buy.
There was no information, about specific edition with that Mystery Champ shards (& for example still there is no information about it in Preseason's FAQ at official LoL site). Everybody though, that this will work like that shards from Star Guardian event (I had one from that event & I just unlocked Zoe with it) & it was working like it should. (some people said, that they bought few Mystery champ shards, some bought more that few & are „gucchi”).

which says, that someone’s friend heard from Riot’s support, that these Mystery champ shards are „special” (IMO no need to copy – just check that post & image).
I was REALLLY PISSED OFF because that’s how BE store looked to me: 1,500 BE - Mystery icon box (guaranteed to be an icon you don't already own) – not worth for me 2,000 BE - Chromas (includes all chromas that have been available for at least six months) – not worth for me 2,500 BE - “Mystery Mini” Icons Box (exclusive to the special BE store) - not worth for me 3,950 BE - Mystery Champions (guaranteed to be a champion you don't already own)- I WANT THAT! 4,900 BE - Mystery ward skin box (guaranteed to be a ward skin you don't already own)- not worth for me 6,000 BE – Essence Collector ward skin (Exclusive to the special BE store)- not worth for me 50,000 BE - "Make it Rain" emote (exclusive to the special BE store)- not worth for me 50,000 BE and up - Gemstones (First one costs 50,000, second costs 75,000, third costs 100,000. Limited to three per account during the special BE store sale)- not worth for me 75,000 BE - “Money Bags” emote (exclusive to the special BE store)- not worth for me 150,000 BE - URFWick skin (now exclusive to the special BE store)- not worth for me
My goal was to spend 39500 BE for 10 mystery champ shards & that was all what I wanted to buy. You know: you gave small veterans like me special occasion to spend some BE, so I wanted to do it. Nothing more. That was ALL.
But looked like I couldn’t. As I said – there was no information about it!
So- when I checked thread clearly, things started to be more interesting:

- he said at start, that guy from supporet is actually wrong & shards work how they SHOULD. So I felt relieved. BUT,
- later he said, that „We're taking the item down for the time being, but will try and bring it back in some form soon.” … For me it seems like guy from support wasn’t wrong & you guys screwed something & tried to fix it ASAP.
OR SOMEHOW you relised in THAT MOMENT (why so late?!) that this is actually not gucchi for you (I was reading so many posts about „Riot losing so much money” when threads about runes refund prices were multiplying like rabbits. Probably I'll hear this here too.) & also realized, that support wasn’t wrong… Or maybe he was… anyway you decided to „fix” it & when it came back to the client, I opened shop and tried to buy it- that’s what I see. ---> https://imgur.com/a/RbAZb … Please, tell me- is this professional?
EVEN (but I personally think, that actually guy from support wasn’t wrong) if that guy from support was wrong- you want to tell me, that you wanted to give me (us?) that „special” mystery champion shards, but SOMEHOW you didn’t EVEN checked that & launched BE store with hat huge (IMO) issue without any information at Preseason page?
But there is STILL no information in FAQ ( https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/115012640908), that this requires at least 10 champs to unlock! That just came, how it SHOULD, but unfortunately (at least for me) that guy posted it at reddit, you saw it & though „Sh1t, we will lose so much money! „Fix” that damn thing!”. And now you’re telling me „that was mistake”. …

I probably can do it in ARAM which I now prefer the most (BECAUSE you took my favorite Dominion & I can’t even remember when I played last time „Definitely not dominion!”), OR I’ll maybe try Twisted Treeline, cus it’s 3 vs 3, and should be easier to find a game with no ranged…
But HEEEEL NO – when mission came in client, THEN
I realized, that I need to find people for premade group...Yeah...That was cool…

This is the situation, that I have question in my head: what the hell are these guys, or their testers/developers/accountants doing?!
At this point I seriously don’t know what to expect from you in the future.
I wasn’t that mad, when sh1tstorm about runes refund system was coming, or about your balance team, or about issues at worlds ... but this tilted me really hard.
So: I hve 3 ways to end my problem. I’ll describe & name it from my perspective:
- The worst: I don’t know & I don’t care what you will write in explanation, but your final answer (and that's what I care) will be like „Well, we’re not doing anything with that. QQ moar”.
Then I’ll probably leave this game, uninstall it & probably try to find something else (It’s not like I was with LoL from the begginig: fisrt I played some DotA [that orignal from W3], after that came Heroes of Newerth in beta, so I jumped into it & really liked that, but beta ended, I couldn’t buy it (It was B2P then), so somehow I tried LoL and ended with LoL… till today.) This will be painful, but... this will be enough for me.

Bad: You will take from my account 39500 BE… or EVEN 50000, yeah, you can even take 50000... & give me 10 Mystery champ shards which I can open in the future. Then FOR ME case will be resolved & FOR ME everything will be gucchi.

Good: you will disable Mystery champ shard & change it to the form from beginning – that everyone who wanted buy it, can do it, even multiple times etc.. After that you will update FAQ & write there, that this is the FIRST & also LAST BE shop edition, when that mystery champ shard will be available in that form. If it will come in next BE shop edition: then this will have those restrictions --→https://imgur.com/a/RbAZb

… Well, to be honest, there is way number 4) – You will just ingore me. I don’t care why: „because you will lose much money”, or you will look at my account and say „Heh, he’s from Huehuehue (EUNE) serwer! Oh, look! He also payed almost nothing for us! Hahaha: fk this guy, we have millions other players better than him!” or whatever…
Well if you won’t respond in 7 days, then I’ll accept it as ignore. Then I’m leaving this game.

I'm from Poland, I'm playing at EUNE & I'm using English language in game. Not fixed even till today. What was the point to write about it? ... Seems like there will be the same point with this thread...
But we will see...
EDIT: Well- no response. I was preparing myself to uninstalling LoL, but i talked with one guy, who play LoL & after some time I decided to not uninstalling this game. But it's not like I'm "gucchi" with you, Riot.
When I'll find some time I'll write something at boards & maybe then I'll get any response. At some other topics. It's not like I'm creating myself for some "leader", "Alfa&Omega" etc.
Just want to share my opinion & know, that actually someone heard me... Not even agree- discussion can be enough...
