Should shen have a rework?

after i saw akali rework coming in and saw that shen was in it got me thinking if shen should have a rework. i don't think that he is sh*t in the meta right now but since all these reworks are being tossed out like candy on Halloween i think shen would have a rework and shen hasn't been in a spotlight since his new skin, even then people who don't have riot points ( like me ) brushed it off and went on with their day,, shen would be dominated against aatrox and Irelia ( maybe ) and now is about to be akali so do you think shen should have a rework?
