get permabanned for protecting myself when the pyke support is calling me a whore. and the pyke is purposely inting in the game and i get permabanned from that? this is stupid in many ways

No, you got banned for some incredibly overkill flaming.
You can protect yourself by muting, not running your mouth and making the trolls happy.
Sounds like a bug if you got banned for muting someone. Send a support ticket!
