Disable chat option in client settings

I'm tired of getting paired with bronze toxic trolls, get trolled, get flamed, get told to die, then get chat restricted, while they never get punished and are fine and dandy, i understand you are too incompetent to get the matchmaking system working properly, but at least, can we have an option to disable the game chat permanently from client settings ?
